Last week, my hubby and I took a quick getaway trip to one of our fave coastal cities, Ft. Lauderdale.
Ft.Lauderdale is a great place to vacation, and not just for spring break! We keep our boats there during the winter months, so we try to visit as often as we can!
Ladies, summer will soon be upon us, which means warmer weather! With the rising temps, you know it’s about that time to break out the shorts and mini’s. BUT, who wants to show off bare legs if they are covered in cottage cheese! UGH!! Dimply thighs are only cute on babies! Unfortunately, the majority of women have cellulite…some, more than others. But, any amount is unwelcomed! You have to wage war on these unsightly lumps and bumps! Cellulite must be attacked like the hated enemy that it is! Of course, you all know diet and excercise is key..blah, blah, blah. But, the enemy can be stubborn, and doesn’t just simply disappear…no matter how many days of spin class you get in and no matter how clean you eat!
So, what is a fab chick to do?
Unfortunately, there are no absolute cures. But here are a few things you can do to help fight the appearance of cellulite…at least temporarily.
