Plyo and Core Workout!
It’s always hard for me to maintain a consistent workout schedule during the summer months. I travel more, eat out more, and ultimately gain more weight! With the kids headed back to school next week, I’m really looking forward to getting back to my daily workout routine and usual eating habits. Summer was fun, but it’s back to reality and this latest workout definitely jumpstarted my mindset back into “let’s get it” mode!
