It’s always hard for me to maintain a consistent workout schedule during the summer months. I travel more, eat out more, and ultimately gain more weight! With the kids headed back to school next week, I’m really looking forward to getting back to my daily workout routine and usual eating habits. Summer was fun, but it’s back to reality and this latest workout definitely jumpstarted my mindset back into “let’s get it” mode!
Core and Leg Workout!
I absolutely love this workout! These are not your average lunges and squats! With the added kicks and core work, you will quickly feel the burn and see results! Get it in!

Kettlebell Workout!
If you’re anything like me, then you need to work off all those extra calories you consumed over the long holiday weekend! I’ve been doing kettlebell workouts for about 2 years now and I love how one simple move can work your entire body! With the rising popularity of kettlebells, they have become easy to find in stores such as Target, Walmart, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Once again, you don’t have to go to the gym to get it in!
